At the Osteria we use seasonal ingredients from Franciacorta in traditional dishes. A long-time entry in the “Osterie d’Italia” Slow Food guide, our Osteria is the ideal place for a casual lunch or dinner in a laid-back atmosphere. Wine bottles from
Dispensa Franciacorta collaborates, supports and promotes an organic vegetable garden of 2,500 square meters in Rodengo Saiano, which the Parzanini brothers tend to and irrigate by hand. A large quantity of the vegetables that the chef serves come from this garden.
The menu proposes traditional dishes, interpreted with passion and technique by the Chefs. The protagonists of the dishes are local ingredients.
Many products that we use are Slow Food Presidia, small communities of artisans that preserves typical products, ancient flavors and territories to protect.
